First Grade News 5/9/08
On Thurs., 5/15, we'll take a trip to the PB branch of the library. If you have not yet returned the books we checked out on our last trip, please send them to school on or before Thurs. so that we can return them when we go. Thank you, Mrs. Coughlin and Mrs. Conde-Nau, for volunteering to drive. We'll leave school at 1:45 and return just before 3:00.
Mrs. Robb tells me our Cherub Choir has been doing very well at rehearsals as they get ready for the Celebration of the Arts Festival which will take place next Fri.., 5/16, at 6:30pm. In addition, three first graders have been practicing for piano solos. You won't want to miss this evening!
Your children are so blessed to have great moms! Moms, I applaud all you are and all you do for them! Have a happy Mother's Day!
In His Service,
Mrs. Shelley Cook :)
