Second Grade News
May 16, 2008
William Heath Davis House in the historical Gaslamp District is our last field trip of the year. It will be on Thursday, May 29th. We will leave school at 9:00 a.m for a 10:00 tour of the house and nearby landmarks. We will take sack lunches to eat at a little park outside the Wm. Heath Davis house. P.A.L. will be paying for this trip, thanks to some of your fundraising! So there is NO COST involved.
We are happy to have Mae Sangain back with us for the remainder of the school year. She has recently returned from Thailand.
Tonight Friday, May 16th we will be involved in the Celebration of Arts. This is a special night of music and our Art Masters projects will be on display. The Cherub Choir will be singing early in the program. I look forward to seeing all of you!
